I don’t know. I doubt it. I can be compliant for a few weeks to a few months. It is true that last January I tried to diet. That one failed pretty quickly. My heart wasn’t really in it. Perhaps I did binge after a few days, but I doubt it.

I just meant that the specific diet doesn't matter if you don't stick to it. In the end they're all just ways to dress up calorie restriction. And in my experience, they all take approximately the same amount of willpower.

I'm not going to go digging through your posts to cite specific instances of your being annoying to win an argument with you.
You have, however, consistently denied any and all dieting advice for at least a decade, while insisting that you are an expert on nutrition.
You've programmed your metabolism over a long period of time to maintain extreme obesity. You have to give up food as a daily luxury and settle on a consistent healthy meal plan and exercise regime for months to even begin resetting your metabolic clock.
You're diet plan is just teasing yourself with food, while making a childish half-assed effort to actually lose any weight which, if history is any indication, will result in your falling further off the wagon and ending up fatter than you are now.
I'd wager that this is your last chance to correct this long standing problem. The next round is you going down and out and being dead after a along period of suffering and immobility from a series of compounding health problems.
You need to let food go, and stick to a plan wether or not you enjoy it for several months.
