The handicap stalls should be reserved by law for those with an access card similar to parking spots.

Lots of healthy rood fuqchucks take the handicap stall even when the other stalls are empty.

Criminal.

If a handicap person takes a normal parking space when a handicap space is available, they should get a ticket or their face caved in.  I'm fine with either.

Should be smartcard access on the baffroom stalls too, so we can identify the work shytters and direct HR to take appropriate action.

^Number of access times, total stall time, and employee name (with employee's photo) should be posted and sent in a company wide email each month.

*uses the clean handicap stall, enjoying the physical distance from others while pooping.

*Leaves and places a "out of order" magnet on the stall door.

*Squeezes past Spanky on the way out.

*Listen at the door for grunts of obese rage.

Here in Boise, I doubt it would be a problem, as people are way too polite to inconvenience disabled people.   Back in CA, the fines for violation are huge, so the communities direct their officers to prioritize enforcement.

It's all right here, on your permanent record, son.  What do you have to say for yourself?

No:
  1. Check meeting schedule (usually public)
  2. Walk around looking for someone who left their card on the desk
  3. Use chair and tape to blind camera
  4. Use their card to access the stall.
  5. Enjoy paid shytting (i.e. work theft)
  6. Return card before employee returns / meeting ends.

Victimless crime

Being fat isn't a handicap, it's a moral failing like adultery or defaulting on a debt.
